Q. Are you open 7 days a week

A. Yes we are 


Q. What time do you close

A. The Centre closes at 5pm every day 

 

Q. How long does it take to go round the centre

A. We recommend three hours


Q. I am visiting for the first time is the centre easy to find

Q. Are all the departments under one roof

A. Yes


Q. Can I bring my dog in

A. Dogs are only allowed to visit the pet shop with the exception of medical or guide dogs

Q. I have bought a large item can someone help me to the car

A. We will do our best to assist


Q. Do you delivery

A. Yes the centre offers a delivery service, fees may apply


Q. What is your refund/ exchanged policy

A. We offer a refund up to Seven days from the date of purchase.   Items must be in original packaging and in an unused condition.   You must have proof of purchase and if item was purchased with a credit card you must have your original credit card and receipt as refund will be put onto that card.    Between seven and twenty eight  days we will exchange the item.   Same terms and conditions as above.   Hats & Fascinators, all items purchased in the Antique Centre and sale goods are non returnable. Please note concession  departments conditions may vary


Q. Can I order or place an item on hold

A. Yes some departments allow items to be placed on hold or take orders over the phone please contact department for details

Q. Do you buy Items

A. Yes the antiques has a buy in centre situated at the back of the department


Q. Can I rent space within the Antique Centre

A. Yes please see Opportunity Tab for more details


Q. How is the Antique Centre made up

A. The Antique Centre is made up of over one hundred dealers


Q. Do I pay the dealer

A. No there is a central till point located at the exit where you can pay or request assistance

A. 4:30pm
